Chef
Excel Recruitment has amazing opportunities for Chefs of all grades to join our temporary team. There are full-time ongoing work positions. We are looking for diligent, aspiring workers who are eager for Monday to Friday day shifts.
Chef Responsibilities:
Prepare all food products to the order in accordance with the request within a specified period
Prepare portions of meat, fish, and poultry
Prepare desserts and cakes when required
Label all food products for food safety and shelf-life standards as well as follow HACCP procedures
Abide by food safety and temperature standards
Keep the kitchen area neat, clean, and sanitary
Inventory management of food products in your division in accordance with the specifications

Chef Requirements:
Experience as a Chef in a fast-paced kitchen
Full-service restaurant kitchen experience is desired
Ability to operate in a busy kitchen
Initiative-taking, dynamic, eager individual with creative flair
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
HACCP & Manual Handling Required (Training can be provided)
Strong oral and written English
