Catering Assistant

Excel Recruitment is happy to have a fantastic opportunity for a Catering Assistant to join our outstanding team in South & North Dublin. The candidate will collaborate with some of the most well-known culinary and hospitality companies in the area in this position.

Responsibilities for this opportunity:

• Carrying out basic food preparation, such as washing, peeling and dicing.
• Managing and organizing the storeroom and fridge.
• Ensuring Caterers and Chefs have the tools, food and equipment they need.
• Making sure the kitchen is kept clean and organized at all times.
• Experience at front of house, customer service skills and aware of all food standards.

Requirements for this position:

• Experience working as a Catering Assistant in a number of kitchen Sectors.
• Always follow HACCP regulations at all times.
• Working well with the team and follow instructions from management.
• Work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Manual Handling is desired. (We can provide training)
