Catering Assistant

Excel Recruitment are recruiting within the Hospitality Sector, our clients are well established and experienced in the Catering Industry across Dublin.We are looking for candidates to work in the hospitality sector with immediate start.

Catering Assistant requirements

• HACCP and Manual Handling Training (can be obtained immediately, see excel website)
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task in a busy environment
• Good attention to detail for presentation
• Managing and organising the storeroom and fridge.
• Ensuring the kitchen has the tools, food and equipment they need.
• Kitchen must be kept clean at all times.
• Front of house experience.

Catering Assistant responsibilities

• Assisting Chef with Food preparation and service on the food counter
• Maintaining and cleaning the kitchen area and equipment to a high standard
• Serving meals.
• Be prepared to perform any additional duties outside of general duties
