Catering Manager

Excel Recruitment is looking for a Catering Manager to work for Corporate client in Dublin South, Monday to Friday, daytime hours, temporary contract, at €18 per hour.

The experience required:

• Two to three years’ experience working in Catering Department in managing or supervisory position
• Experience working in Contract Catering unit is desirable
• Experience with HACCP systems and quality checks

Duties for Catering Manager

• Responsible for the daily running of catering departments
• Checking HACCP records
• Managing and training the catering and hospitality team
• Shift scheduling
• Ordering produce and issuing invoices
• Assist in food service if required
• Training provided
