Catering Assistant – Longford

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and serving of meals, snacks, and beverages.
• Set up dining areas and ensure tables and service areas are clean and presentable.
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, keeping the kitchen clean and organised.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness in line with Food Safety guidelines.
• Replenish food supplies and assist with stock rotation and storage.
• Always follow health and safety procedures.
• Provide friendly, courteous, and efficient service to customers.
• Minimise food waste and ensure proper handling and storage of food.

What We are Looking For

• Reliability, flexibility, and a willingness to learn.
• An understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.
• Previous catering or hospitality experience is an advantage, but not essential, as training may be provided.
