Catering Assistant and Kitchen Porter Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and service
• Maintain cleanliness and food hygiene standards
• Replenish food stations and supplies
• Support kitchen and front-of-house teams
• Follow HACCP and Health & Safety procedures

• Wash and sanitise kitchen equipment, crockery, and utensils
• Keep kitchen and storage areas clean and organised
• Assist with basic food preparation when required
• Receive and store deliveries
• Manage waste and recycling procedures
• Maintain Health & Safety standards

Requirements

• Positive, reliable, and professional attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Previous hospitality experience desirable but not essential
• Chef de Partie candidates must have experience
• Food Safety and Manual Handling certificates preferred (training available)
• Flexibility to work across various Dublin locations
