Excel Recruitment is Sourcing Catering assistants to work with our trusted Client in Dundalk, Co. Louth.

Catering Assistant for our Client you will be Paid:

• Mon – Sat €12 per hour, Sun €18 per hour

Responsibilities for the Catering Assistant:

• Provide a quick, lively, and efficient level of customer service.
• Guaranteeing the hygiene of the kitchen and conducting the scheduled cleaning.
• Always working in accordance with HACCP procedures
• Conducting tasks as instructed by the Head Chef

Requirements for this position:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
• A Basic Access Ni Certificate
• This can be provided by Excel Recruitment
• HACCP training required (Training can be provided)
• Experience performing HACCP procedures
• Superb communication and people skills
• Capacity to work well on own initiative, as well as part of a team
• A positive and ‘can-do’ attitude
