We are currently recruiting Catering Assistants, Kitchen Assistants and Kitchen Porters for a range of temporary contracts across Galway city and county

These positions are ideal for candidates looking for midweek morning hours, whether you have previous hospitality experience or are looking to build further experience within busy catering environments.

Duties may include:

• Basic food preparation and kitchen support
• Assisting with breakfast and morning service
• Serving food and beverages
• Cleaning kitchen and catering areas
• Washing dishes and operating pot-wash areas
• Maintaining excellent hygiene and food-safety standards
• Supporting chefs and the wider catering team as required

Requirements:

• Previous catering, kitchen or hospitality experience is an advantage
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Available for weekday morning shifts
• Good understanding of food hygiene and HACCP practices is beneficial
