Excel Recruitment are thrilled to partner with our Client to build a strong team of Bus / Coach Drivers in the Limerick region. This is a Permanent, full-time position, and offers an excellent remuneration package.

Pay & Progression

• Incremental pay structure – salary increases annually based on length of service.

• Typical starting rate: €802.99 – Progression up to: €929.66

• Overtime opportunities available

• Pensionable position after probation

Key Responsibilities

• Operate buses safely and professionally along assigned routes and timetables

• Provide excellent customer service to passengers, assisting as required

• Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and report maintenance issues

• Ensure compliance with Road Traffic Acts and company safety regulations

• Maintain records, incident reports, and ticketing accuracy

• Uphold company standards for presentation, reliability, and courtesy

Requirements

• Full, clean Category D licence (Bus/Coach)

• Valid Driver CPC card & Digital Tachograph card

• Minimum 2 years holding of a Category B licence prior to upgrade

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends and evenings

• Commitment to safety and professionalism
