The Job:

With a full copy of the spec on request, the Building Sales Executive will help drive the company’s goals and boost sales opportunities. In this proactive role, you will:

• Connect with customers through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings, providing excellent service.
• Use CRM and ERP systems to manage customer interactions and orders efficiently, ensuring that enquiries and tenders are completed on time.
• Use strong communication skills that will help build lasting relationships and manage customer expectations.
• Work closely with different departments to meet customer needs and be part of a supportive team focused on achieving targets.
• Take advantage of the chance to use market insights to create effective business plans.

The Person:

• Proven track record of meeting customer service and sales targets.
• Experience in field sales.
• Strong communication skills.
• Professional approach when dealing with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Motivated individual with a keen interest in the Building and Construction industry.
• Comfortable using computer software, including Microsoft Office, CRM, and ERP systems.
• Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment.
• Positive attitude focused on achieving results.
