Requirements of the Breakfast Chef

• Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or Chef de Partie
• Strong background in hotel kitchens or high‑volume breakfast service
• Excellent knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures
• Ability to work independently and keep a clean, organised station
• Valid work permit and full legal entitlement to work in Ireland
• Availability to work early mornings, weekdays, and weekends

Responsibilities of the Breakfast Chef

• Prepare and serve high‑quality breakfast dishes to consistent standards
• Manage prep, cooking, and presentation for a busy morning service
• Maintain excellent organisation, cleanliness, and stock control
• Ensure full compliance with HACCP and internal food safety procedures
• Work closely with the Head Chef to deliver a smooth morning operation
