Excel Recruitment is currently recruiting a Breakfast Chef to join a busy hospitality operation. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced chef who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering fresh, high-quality breakfast offerings to customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting breakfast dishes to a consistently high standard while ensuring all food safety and hygiene regulations are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking breakfast items to a high standard
• Maintaining food quality, presentation, and consistency
• Assisting with food preparation and kitchen organisation
• Ensuring HACCP and food safety procedures are followed at all times

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience as a Chef in a busy kitchen environment
• Strong breakfast and food preparation experience preferred
• Good understanding of HACCP and food safety procedures
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational and teamwork skills
• Reliability and flexibility to work early morning shifts
• Full Garda Vetting required
• Own transport or the ability to travel for a 03:30am start is essential
