Bilingual Human Resource Manager – West Dublin

Are you a Human Resource Manager that also speaks an Eastern European language?

Our client is successful grocery retailer and loves energetic individuals to join their expanding team.

The ideal candidate for this role is an individual with knowledge of Human Resource Management in grocery retail and understands Human Resource systems and processes. Prior experience or qualification is desirable.

Our client is offering a competitive salary €40k DOE

Responsibilities:

• Ability to ensure health and safety is followed
• Ensure HR policy is up-to-date and being adhered to
• Training and development of team
• Involved in recruitment and selection of staff
• Talent management
• Communicate efficiently with other management

Requirements:

• Prior HR experience or qualification
• Has an advanced level of Eastern European language
• Ability to manage a team and ensure compliance
