Bar Supervisor – 4* Hotel – Meath

Our client, a well-established 4-star hotel in Meath, is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Bar Supervisor to support the day-to-day operations of a busy bar service. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional looking to step into a supervisory role within a high-quality, customer-focused environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining service standards, and supporting the bar team in delivering efficient and professional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Bar Manager in the smooth daily operation of the bar
• Supervise and motivate bar staff during service
• Ensure consistently high standards of customer service
• Assist with staff training, onboarding, and ongoing development
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner
• Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health & safety, and company procedures
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and wastage management
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the bar at all times
• Step into a duty management role when required

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience as a Bar Supervisor or senior bar staff member
• Strong knowledge of bar service, beverages, and hospitality standards
• Proven leadership and team supervision skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• A proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail
