We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team of Bar Staff and Till Operators for a series of music festivals in Cork City.

You’ll play a key role in delivering a top-quality experience to festival-goers by serving drinks efficiently, operating tills, and keeping the bar area running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Bar Staff:

• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages quickly and accurately

• Maintain a clean and organized bar area

• Check IDs and follow responsible alcohol service procedures

• Restock bar supplies and monitor stock levels

• Work as part of a fast-paced team under pressure

Till Operators:

• Accurately handle transactions on POS tills

• Manage cash and card payments, issue receipts and change

• Monitor and reconcile till balances during and after shifts

• Assist in queue management and customer service

• Coordinate closely with bar staff to ensure smooth service

Requirements:

• Minimum age 18+ (due to alcohol handling)

• Previous bar or retail experience preferred but not essential

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a busy, high-energy environment

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and long shifts

• Punctual, professional, and team-oriented

• Manual handling and bar training certs a plus (can be provided)

• Eligible to work in Ireland
