Assistant Store Manager – Fashion

Our client, a successful Irish retailer leading the way in the sports fashion industry are seeking an Assistant Manager to join their team in Bray, Co. Wicklow.

As Assistant Manager your job is not only to inspire and lead your team, but to develop them for future leadership pathways within the company. By supporting the Store Manager and management team, you will be an essential factor in the company’s success and growth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Manager looking to further their retail career and to have fun while doing so!

Responsibilities of this job include:

• Supporting the store manager with all aspects of managing a high-volume retail store
• Driving the commercial plan across the store
• Analysing weekly and monthly sales versus targets and taking corrective actions
• Coaching, leading, and developing the team to achieve goals
• Promoting and ensuring the highest levels of customer service
• Managing and achieving all KPIs

Experience required for this job:

• Previous management experience in high-volume fashion retail
• Excellent commercial awareness
• A proven track record in driving and achieving KPI’s
• Strong people management skills

Salary package: €28-30K DOE.
