Key Responsibilities of the Assistant Store Manager

• Drive store KPIs across sales, productivity, customer service, and operational performance
• Support the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high standards throughout
• Analyse performance and identify opportunities to improve sales and profitability
• Lead, coach, and develop the team while supporting succession planning and accountability
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining excellent operational and health & safety standards

Skills and Requirements for the Assistant Store Manager

• Previous retail management experience within a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong commercial awareness with experience driving sales and managing store performance
• Excellent organisational, operational, and problem-solving skills
• Proven people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
• Ambitious, adaptable, and eager to progress within a dynamic retail business
