This is an exciting new role with a generous salary of up to 45k DOE

Responsibilities as an Assistant Manager:

• To manage the store in line with company requirements
• Managing the team and encouraging them to strive to meet all targets and KPIs that apply
• Working in conjunction with the store manager to ensure the smooth running of the store
• Increasing profitability by effective merchandising
• Stock and waste management

Requirements for the Assistant Manager role:

• Highly organised with attention to detail
• Fully flexible Monday-Sunday
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment at the management level
