Assistant Manager – Luxury Retail

Salary & Package

• €42,000 – €45,000 DOE
• Bonus of up to €1,500
• Pension contribution matched up to 5%

Key Responsibilities of this Assistant Manager job include:

• Support the Store Manager with day-to-day duties
• Lead, coach, and motivate the team to achieve sales and service targets
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build lasting client relationships
• Drive sales performance and maintain strong commercial standards
• Ensure excellent visual merchandising and store presentation
• Support recruitment, training, and team development initiatives
• Maintain high operational and stock management standards

Skills and Requirements for the Assistant Manager

• Previous management or supervisory experience within luxury, premium, or high-service retail
• A proven track record of delivering strong sales results
• Passion for customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• A genuine interest in luxury products and the jewellery sector
• A desire to progress your career within a premium retail business
