You’ll be responsible for:

• Supporting the day-to-day management of a busy, high-volume store
• Driving sales, productivity and KPI performance across the business
• Leading from the front and creating exceptional customer experiences
• Coaching, mentoring and developing team members to achieve their potential
• Assisting with recruitment, onboarding and retention of top talent
• Managing daily operational procedures, cash handling and stock control
• Maintaining excellent visual merchandising and store presentation standards
• Creating a positive, motivated and customer-focused culture
• Handling customer queries professionally and effectively

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous leadership experience in retail, hospitality, leisure or customer service
• Experience managing, coaching or supervising teams
• A track record of delivering strong customer service and commercial results
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A hands-on, energetic leadership style
• The ambition to grow and progress their management career
