This role offers a salary of €45,000 – €50,000 DOE along with excellent progression opportunities within a growing and highly successful retail business.

The Role:

• Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of a busy fresh food retail operation
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a best-in-class shopping experience
• Drive standards across fresh food, merchandising, cleanliness, and presentation
• Support commercial performance across sales, margins, waste, and labour control
• Ensure high standards across deli, bakery, food-to-go, and fresh departments
• Assist with stock management, ordering, and inventory control
• Drive a positive and energetic store culture
• Ensure full compliance with food safety, HACCP, and health & safety procedures

About You:

• Previous retail or hospitality management experience within a fast-paced environment
• Passionate about food, fresh products, and customer experience
• Strong people leadership and communication skills
• Hands-on, energetic, and commercially aware
• Experience within fresh food, supermarket, café, deli, or premium food retail environments highly desirable
• Organised with the ability to thrive in a busy operational environment
• Positive attitude with a genuine passion for retail and food
