Assistant Manager – Fashion

Our client, a well-known and successful Irish fashion retail chain is seeking to recruit an experienced Assistant Manager for one of their busiest and most successful stores located in Dublin 18.

Known for their wide variety of premium fashion labels coupled with their fantastic customer service, this is a great opportunity for a customer-focused Assistant Manager.

As Assistant Manager, you will have strong commercial and operational retail experience, be hands-on, standards-driven, and have a proven track record in delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities of this job:

• Ensuring that the highest of standards and customer engagement is delivered at all times
• Inspiring your team to be their best and providing strong leadership
• Analysing sales reports and reacting accordingly
• Effectively managing and achieving KPI’s per company plan
• Ensuring the store is commercially and visually merchandised at all times
• Ensuring that company procedures are implemented and adhered to

Skills and requirements for this job:

• 2+ years of fashion management experience
• Excellent ability in driving sales and motivating and inspiring your sales team to succeed
• A genuine lover of fashion
• A strong eye and passion for visual merchandising
