Assistant Manager – Fashion

Are you a dynamic retail leader ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our client, one of Ireland’s leading sports retailers, for one of their busiest stores located in Dundrum, South Dublin.

As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the Store Manager to deliver outstanding operational standards, exceptional customer service, and strong commercial results. You’ll lead by example, motivating and developing your team to achieve ambitious sales targets and exceed KPIs in a fast-paced retail environment.

Salary is 33-34K DOE.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and develop a large and diverse team to deliver top-class performance.
• Drive sales and profitability, ensuring KPIs are consistently achieved or exceeded.
• Maintain the highest standards of customer service, ensuring every shopper enjoys an exceptional in-store experience.
• Support day-to-day store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Create a positive, energetic, and high-performance store culture.
