Assistant Manager – Dublin

Excel Recruitment is seeking an Assistant Manager for our famous grocery retail client based in north county Dublin.

The ideal candidate for this role is an individual with previous Department Management/ Assistant Manager experience looking to step-up. They must have a great attitude towards work and ability to motivate their team to get the job done!

Salary: €35k+ DOE

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager in ensuring the successful day-to-day running of the store
• Oversee all the HACCP and Health and Safety procedures to ensure they are always followed appropriately
• Ensure the store consistently achieves its targets and KPIs
• Review staff performance, creating staff rosters, and ensuring overall high standards of the store
• Constantly looking at innovative ways to increase footfall, turnover, and grow margins
• Manage a large team of staff and having the ability to motivate and lead

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail management
• Can-do attitude
• Ability to motivate staff
• History of achieving KPIs
