- Balance multiple functions and event requirements simultaneously in a fast-moving environment
- Deliver excellent customer service and act as a key point of contact for event clients
- Assist with stock control, deliveries, and weekly stocktakes
- Maintain exceptional standards of food presentation, service delivery, and hygiene
- Ensure seamless communication between kitchen, service, and event teams
- Ensure all equipment is maintained and health & safety standards are followed
- Assist in the training, development, and performance of team members
- Operate a company vehicle onsite as part of daily operational requirements

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in hospitality or catering management
- A high-energy, hands-on professional who thrives in a busy, pressurised environment
- Proven ability to multitask and manage several functions and event requirements simultaneously
- Strong background in meetings, events, or high-volume corporate catering

- Must be over 25 years of age (client insurance requirement)
- Valid work permit for Ireland
Why You’ll Love This Role
- A unique hospitality role offering better work-life balance than traditional catering management positions
- A dynamic, engaging, and structured environment within a busy events setting
- Excellent career progression opportunities within a growing organisation
- Ongoing training and development
- Employee Assistance Programme
- Meals on duty and uniform provided
