Reporting into the finance function, this role will support day‑to‑day finance operations across several sites, with a strong focus on accounts receivable, reconciliations, and financial administration. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accuracy, timely processing, and smooth financial operations across the business.

Salary and Benefits
* €34,000 – €36,000 per annum depending on experience
* Permanent, full‑time position
* Fully onsite role based in South Dublin, Dublin 12 area
* Rotating working hours
* Two days per week: 9:00am – 5:30pm
* Three days per week: 8:00am – 4:30pm
* Supportive and friendly working environment
* Opportunity for long‑term development within the finance team

Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Managing the accounts receivable function across multiple locations
* Processing high volumes of customer invoices and payments
* Supporting accounts payable activities as required
* Completing bank and balance sheet reconciliations
* Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date financial records
* Liaising with internal teams across different operational sites
* General accounts administration and ad‑hoc finance support
* Assisting the wider finance team during busy periods
* Managing the accounts receivable function across multiple locations

Requirements and Desirable Experience
* Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable, Accounts Administrator or similar finance role
* Strong accounts receivable experience
* Experience working in a multi‑site or high‑volume environment
* Exposure to accounts payable and reconciliations
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
* Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable, Accounts Administrator or similar finance role
* Strong accounts receivable experience
* Experience working in a multi‑site or high‑volume environment
* Exposure to accounts payable and reconciliations
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
