We are currently recruiting for permanent Catering Assistants to join a busy and professional ateam near Cork Airport. This customer-focused role is ideal for experienced waiters, waitresses, or hospitality professionals who enjoy delivering exceptional service in a premium environment.

The successful candidates will play a key role in ensuring lounge guests receive a high-quality experience through excellent customer service, food and beverage service, and front-of-house support.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service within the lounge
• Serving food and beverages to guests
• Operating tills and processing transactions accurately
• Maintaining high presentation and service standards
• Assisting with basic food preparation and food service
• Ensuring the lounge remains clean, organised, and welcoming

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in a waiter/waitress or customer service-focused hospitality role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Strong cash handling and till operation experience preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Silver service experience would be a distinct advantage
• Garda Vetting is required for this post
