Excel Recruitment, one of Ireland’s leading recruitment agencies with a network of offices across Ireland, is actively recruiting for an energetic and highly organised Healthcare Recruitment Resourcer to join our Dublin City Centre team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will work closely with our Healthcare recruitment consultants to support candidate attraction, screening, onboarding activity across nursing, healthcare assistant and allied healthcare roles.

Healthcare Resourcer key skills:

• • Previous experience in recruitment, healthcare, administration or a busy office environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Confident using MS Office, CRM/database systems and online job boards.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with candidates, recruiters and internal teams.
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and manage a high-volume candidate pipeline.
  • A proactive, supportive and candidate-focused approach.
  • An understanding of healthcare recruitment or shift-based staffing would be an advantage.

Reporting to the Healthcare Associate Director
