Chef

Excel Recruitment is seeking skilled Chefs to join our temporary workforce across Cork County.

This role offers flexibility and variety, providing the opportunity to work in a wide range of professional kitchens and gain experience across different kitchen environments.

Responsibilities of the Chef:

• Preparing and cooking food in line with kitchen standards
• Ensuring compliance with food safety procedures
• Assisting kitchen teams during service
• Managing prep, stock rotation, and cleanliness
• Adjusting to different menus and service styles

Requirements of the Chef:

• 2+ years’ experience in a fast-paced kitchen
• Contract catering experience is an advantage
• Valid Manual Handling and HACCP certs (training available)
• Willingness to work flexible hours
