Business Operations Manager – Ireland – Leinster

We are looking for an experienced Business Operations Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team while building strong relationships with employers, service providers and key partners.
This is a varied leadership role with a strong focus on people, performance, operations and partnerships. You will play an important role in developing the team, improving how we work and ensuring we deliver an excellent service to employers, partners and clients.
This role is Hybrid however flexibility to travel across branches over Leinster & Connacht where required
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop the team, creating a positive and high-performing culture.
- Conduct regular one-to-ones, performance reviews and identify training and development opportunities.
- Manage operational performance, setting clear objectives and driving continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regional and national employers.
- Develop effective relationships with suppliers, service providers and external partners.
- Understand employer recruitment needs and identify opportunities to create sustainable employment opportunities for clients.
- Use data and insights to identify trends, improve performance and inform operational decisions.
- Share best practice and encourage collaboration across teams and partners.
- Support employer communications, initiatives and engagement activity.
- Provide regular management reporting and contribute to wider business planning.
About You
You will be an experienced people manager with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. You will enjoy developing others, improving performance and working collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Ideally, you will have:
- 5+ years’ management experience within senior recruitment, employment services, Retail Operations Management or a similar environment.
- Proven experience leading, coaching and developing teams.
- Strong operational and performance management experience.
- Excellent employer, client, supplier or stakeholder relationship management skills.
- Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
- The ability to use data to support decision-making and improve performance.
- A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach.
- Strong Microsoft Office and CRM/client management system skills.
- A full driving licence.
