Excel Recruitment is seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader / Supervisor to support a busy warehouse operation based in Athboy.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support the warehouse team to meet daily operational targets
• Oversee goods in, picking, packing, dispatch and stock control processes
• Plan and delegate workloads to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time
• Maintain high standards of health and safety, housekeeping and compliance
• Monitor productivity, attendance and performance across the team
• Train new team members and support ongoing staff development
• Work closely with management to improve processes and resolve operational issues

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse team leader, supervisor or senior operative role
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Good knowledge of warehouse processes, stock control and order fulfilment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead by example
• Flexible, reliable and target-focused approach

Pay Rate – €16ph Basic to start
