Are you an experienced chef looking for a short-term opportunity with full-time hours? We are recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join a brand-new food outlet at Belfast International Airport, serving fresh, high-quality casual dining dishes.

This is an exciting chance to be part of a new opening in a fast-paced environment, working alongside a professional kitchen team.

📅 Start Date

14th July

⏳ Duration

Approximately 1 month, with full-time hours available throughout the contract.

🕒 Shift Patterns

A mixture of:

• 3:00am – 1:00pm
• 12:30pm – 10:30pm

Flexibility to work both shift patterns is desirable.

👨‍🍳 What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Chef de Partie
• Experience working in a busy kitchen environment
• Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety standards
• Ability to maintain quality and consistency during busy service periods
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team
