About the Position

This Breakfast Chef role in Belfast offers consistent hours and stability, working 5 days per week from 5:30am to 2:00pm. You’ll be responsible for running the breakfast service, ensuring guests receive a top-tier dining experience with a strong focus on quality Irish and British cuisine.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a full range of traditional Irish and British breakfast dishes
• Manage breakfast service efficiently in a fast-paced hotel kitchen
• Maintain excellent food presentation and portion control
• Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards are upheld
• Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to maintain smooth operations
• Monitor stock levels and support ordering where required

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Irish and British cuisine
• Ability to work efficiently during early morning shifts
• Experience in a hotel or high-volume kitchen environment preferred
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• HACCP and food safety knowledge
