Are you an experienced Sous Chef, Junior Sous Chef, or Head Chef looking for flexible temporary work in Belfast?

We are currently recruiting senior-level chefs to support a variety of busy hospitality and catering sites throughout Belfast City Centre.

The Role

Working alongside the Head Chef and kitchen team, you will:

• Support the day-to-day running of busy kitchens
• Assist with food preparation and service delivery
• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
• Help lead and motivate kitchen staff during service
• Step into leadership responsibilities when required

What We’re Looking For

✅ Sous Chef level experience or above
✅ Strong leadership and communication skills
✅ Ability to work in fast-paced kitchen environments
✅ Food Hygiene Certificate (preferred)
✅ Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
✅ Available for temporary and flexible assignments
