We are currently recruiting an Assistant Manager to join a well-established retailer for their store in Newbridge, Co. Kildare. This role is ideal for an experienced Retail Manager with strong people leadership skills who is committed to maintaining and delivering high customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, inspire, and develop a motivated retail team
- Drive store performance and consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience with a strong focus on premium service
- Maintain excellent visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Coach and support team members to encourage development and strong performance
- Oversee the daily operations of the store to ensure smooth and efficient running
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a retail management role, ideally within fashion, jewellery, or homewares
- Proven ability to drive sales and meet or exceed targets
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- A keen eye for visual merchandising and store presentation
- Passion for retail and delivering excellent customer service
