Groundskeeper / Trainee Greenkeeper – South Dublin

I’m partnering with a prestigious South Dublin property to recruit a Groundskeeper / Trainee Greenkeeper who will play a key role in maintaining the exceptional standards of the grounds. This is a hands-on opportunity to join a team that truly takes pride in their work and the presentation of the property.

This role is ideally suited to someone at the early stages of their career – particularly someone active who genuinely loves working outdoors, has an appreciation for landscaping, and is eager to learn. With full training and development available, this is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to build a long-term career in greenkeeping.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain the grounds, landscaped areas, and green spaces to a consistently high standard.
• Assist with mowing, turf care, planting, and general upkeep of outdoor areas.
• Carry out a variety of general operative duties and hands-on tasks across the property.
• Support seasonal projects, site improvements, and landscaping enhancements.
• Ensure all work is carried out in line with health and safety standards.
• Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment (full training provided).
• Work closely with a dedicated team who take pride in the overall presentation of the property.
• Take initiative in day-to-day tasks and proactively contribute to maintaining high standards.

• Previous experience is beneficial but not essential.
