Assistant Store Manager – Jewellery

Our client, a well-established and highly regarded premium jewellery retailer in the heart of Dublin City Centre is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to support the leadership of one of the city’s most beautiful destinations.

This is an exciting job opportunity for an ambitious Retail Manager from a premium fashion, lifestyle, luxury or customer led retail background who has a genuine passion for jewellery and creating exceptional customer experiences.

Working alongside the store manager you will play a key role in leading, coaching and inspiring the team, driving commercial performance and delivering a personalised shopping experience.

This role offers excellent retail working hours with no late-night trading, along with a clear and attainable progression plan.

Responsibilities of this Luxury Assistant Manager job

· Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and motivating the team to deliver excellent customer service and strong commercial results

· Drive sales through product knowledge, consultative selling, link selling, and repeat customer engagement, making each in-store experience feel special

· Maintain high store standards across visual merchandising, presentation, stock control, and brand consistency

· Monitor key store KPIs including sales, conversion, ATV, stock loss, and customer experience

· Support the daily running of the store and confidently step up in the Store Manager’s absence

· Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing team development

Requirements for this Assistant Manager job

· 3+ years’ retail management or strong supervisory experience, within a premium fashion, jewellery or similar luxury environment

· Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.

· Commercially aware, with confidence working to sales targets, KPIs, store reports, and bonus-driven environments.

· Passionate about customer satisfaction, premium service, and creating a memorable in-store experience.

· Personable, engaging, and confident in building rapport with customers and colleagues.

· Highly organised with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong visual merchandising standards.
