Our client is a well-established Irish hospitality and food service provider, recognised for delivering high-quality dining, hospitality, and event experiences across a diverse portfolio of sites. They pride themselves on delivering exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and creating memorable experiences for guests and clients alike. As the business continues to grow, they are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Hospitality Manager to join their team in Co. Kildare.
The Role
As Hospitality Manager, you will oversee the daily hospitality operation, ensuring outstanding customer service, operational efficiency, and a positive experience for all guests. You will lead and develop front-of-house teams, support event delivery, maintain compliance standards, and assist with the commercial performance of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day hospitality operation and ensure exceptional guest service standards are maintained.
- Lead, motivate, train, and support front-of-house teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of hospitality events and functions.
- Ensure compliance with all health & safety, HACCP, food safety, and company procedures.
- Assist with budgeting, reporting, stock control, and operational administration.
- Work closely with senior management to drive service excellence and operational efficiency.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of team members.
- Monitor service standards and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Act as deputy for senior management when required.
What We’re Looking For
- 2-4 years’ experience in a supervisory, Assistant Manager, Hospitality Manager, or similar leadership role within hospitality.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Good commercial awareness with experience supporting budgets and stock control.
- Knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and manual handling requirements.
- Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
