Assistant Manager – Furniture

Our client is a well-established Irish retail business with a strong reputation, recognised for delivering quality products and excellent customer service. With a loyal customer base and continued growth, they are now seeking a sales-focused Assistant Manager to support store performance and team development in their Limerick store.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support the Store Manager in driving sales targets and KPIs
• Lead from the front on the shop floor, delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Coach and motivate the team to maximise individual and store performance
• Oversee daily operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and reporting
• Maintain high standards in visual merchandising and store presentation
• Assist with stock control and ensure smooth day-to-day running of the store

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a sales focused retail management role
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team
• Highly customer-focused with excellent communication abilities
• Commercially aware with a proactive, results-driven mindset
