Transport Coordinator – Logistics Operations
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and proactive Transport Coordinator to join a busy and well-structured logistics operation in the Midlands region. This role will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can confidently manage multiple priorities while acting as a key link between drivers, customers, and internal teams. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of transport operations while delivering a high level of customer service.

Salary and Benefits
  • Salary €38,000 – €42,000 DOE
  • Pension scheme

  • Performance-related bonus
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
  • Fully office-based role
  • Midlands region location
Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for bookings, customer queries and service updates
  • Coordinate daily transport schedules including deliveries and collections
  • Liaise with drivers, customers and internal departments
  • Monitor schedules and communicate delays or changes effectively
  • Maintain accurate records and transport documentation
  • Support the wider transport team with operational coordination
Requirements and Desirable Experience
  • Previous experience in transport, logistics, fleet coordination or customer service
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Transport Management Systems is advantageous
