Store Manager – Ballina

Known for their strong presence across Ireland, commitment to quality, and deep community connection, this business offers a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Assistant Manager looking to step up, or a Store Manager seeking a new challenge.

As Store Manager, you’ll have full ownership of the store’s day-to-day operations and commercial performance. You’ll lead from the front, build a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

The Role:

• Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Drive commercial performance through strong operational and visual standards
• Deliver consistently high levels of customer service
• Manage stock, merchandising, and overall store presentation
• Recruit, train, and develop a motivated and engaged team
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience as an Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager in a high-volume retail environment
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Commercially minded with a proven ability to drive sales and KPIs
• Hands-on, organised, and customer-focused
