About the Role

You will work across a variety of client sites including hotels, contract catering, healthcare, education, and corporate kitchens. Roles range from short‑notice cover to ongoing temporary assignments, offering flexibility and variety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing and cooking food to a high standard
  • Maintaining excellent food hygiene and HACCP standards
  • Working efficiently in busy kitchen environments
  • Supporting kitchen teams as required on each site
  • Following menu and dietary requirements

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience working as a Chef (any level considered)
  • Valid food hygiene certification (or willingness to obtain)

  • Availability for weekday and/or weekend shifts
