Responsibilities of the Chef Role:

• Prepare and present dishes to order, ensuring all requests are met within designated timeframes
• Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
• Ensure all food items are accurately labelled in accordance with food safety regulations, shelf-life requirements, and HACCP standards
• Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic kitchen environment at all times
• Manage stock control within your section in line with company procedures and specifications

Requirements for the Chef Role:

• Previous experience working as a Chef in a busy kitchen environment
• Strong knowledge and understanding of HACCP procedures
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Professional approach with the capability to lead and support a team
• Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
