HR Manager – Maternity Cover
Excel Recruitment is hiring a Human Resources Manager for one of Ireland’s leading hospitality service providers. This is a fixed-term maternity cover contract based in a busy, high-volume environment. It’s a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional to support managers, lead on employee relations, oversee day-to-day HR operations, and help maintain strong people practices across the business.

Requirements of the Human Resources Manager
- Previous experience in a Human Resources Manager or Senior HR Generalist role, ideally within hospitality, retail, catering, or another fast-paced environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practice.
- Experience managing employee relations issues with confidence and professionalism.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to support managers at all levels.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
- Full right to work in Ireland and the ability to commute reliably to North Co. Dublin.
Responsibilities of the Human Resources Manager
- Act as the main HR point of contact for managers and employees across the site.
- Manage employee relations matters including investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, and absence management.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives in line with business needs.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure policies, procedures, and compliance standards are followed.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management, employee engagement, and people issues.
- Contribute to HR reporting, audits, and ongoing people projects as required.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to support a positive workplace culture and consistent HR approach.
