A well‑established and expanding organisation based in South Dublin (Dublin 24 area) is currently seeking a Qualified Accountant to join its finance team. This role offers broad exposure across the finance function and would suit a commercially minded accountant who enjoys working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment with strong senior stakeholder interaction and genuine scope for progression.
The Role Overview
This is a hands‑on accounting role with responsibility for monthly reporting, compliance, and financial analysis, while also contributing to process improvement initiatives across the finance function.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Preparation of monthly management accounts
* Financial reporting and variance analysis
* Supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles
* Balance sheet reconciliations and review
* Preparation and submission of VAT, PAYE and statutory returns
* Assisting with year‑end audit preparation
* Cash flow monitoring and reporting
* Supporting continuous improvement within finance processes
* Liaising with internal departments and external advisors

Requirements and Experience
* Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent)
* Previous experience in a similar accounting or finance role
* Strong analytical and organisational skills
* High level of attention to detail
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
