Barista

We are currently looking for a reliable, motivated, and enthusiastic Barista to join our team in Dublin, where you will be part of a busy and friendly cafe environment focused on delivering high-quality coffee and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages
• Operating coffee machines and cafe equipment safely and efficiently
• Providing excellent customer service at all times
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the work area
• Handling cash and card payments accurately
• Working as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliability and good timekeeping
• Previous barista or hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential
• Valid Manual Handling and HACCP certificates are required (training is provided by us if needed)
