We are looking for a motivated and reliable Chef to become part of our growing kitchen team in Dublin, working in a busy and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
  • Handle and portion meats, seafood, poultry, desserts, and bakery items as required
  • Follow all HACCP and food safety procedures, including proper storage, labelling, and rotation of stock
  • Keep kitchen stations clean, organised, and compliant with hygiene regulations
  • Assist with stock control, inventory checks, and ordering supplies when needed
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

  • Previous kitchen or chef experience preferred
  • Manual Handling and HACCP/Food Safety certification preferred (training can be provided)
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and health & safety standards
