This role offers broad exposure across financial control, operational finance and commercial decision‑making, with responsibility for managing a sizeable finance team and partnering closely with senior leadership. Role Overview
As Finance Manager, you will have responsibility for the day‑to‑day running of the finance function across a multi‑entity structure. Working closely with operational and senior management teams, you will ensure strong financial governance, accurate reporting and meaningful financial insight, while leading and developing a finance team of approximately 10.

Key Duties
* Overall responsibility for financial control and reporting across multiple legal entities
* Coordination and review of monthly results, ensuring accurate and timely management information
* Ownership of balance sheet integrity including reconciliations, accruals and fixed asset accounting
* Oversight of statutory accounts preparation, audit processes and regulatory compliance
* Management of cashflow, working capital and forecasting within a high‑volume trading environment
* Supervision of transactional finance areas including accounts payable, payroll, treasury and tax
* Leadership of the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting process
* Provision of financial insight and analysis to support operational efficiency and commercial decisions
* Direct management and development of a finance team of approximately 10
* Participation in finance‑led projects such as system enhancements, process improvements and business integration activity
* Overall responsibility for financial control and reporting across multiple legal entities

Requirements and Desirable Experience
* Qualified ACA or ACCA
* 3+ years’ post qualification experience within an industry setting
* Strong background in financial control and management reporting
* Experience operating in a multi‑entity or operationally focused environment
* Comfortable working with financial systems and large volumes of data
* Commercially aware with the ability to translate numbers into practical insight
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
* Confident communicator able to work effectively with senior and non‑finance stakeholders
* Proven people manager with experience leading and developing established teams
* Qualified ACA or ACCA
* 3+ years’ post qualification experience within an industry setting
