We are currently recruiting a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen brigade of a well‑established 4‑star hotel in Co. Meath. This role is ideal for a passionate chef seeking structured daytime hours, professional development and long‑term career progression within a supportive, high‑quality hotel environment.

The Role

  • Assisting with daily food preparation and service across kitchen sections
  • Maintaining high standards of food quality, consistency and presentation
  • Supporting senior chefs and gradually taking ownership of your own section
  • Strict adherence to HACCP and food safety standards
  • Contributing to a well‑organised, positive and professional kitchen culture
  • Working Hours:
  • 6:00am – 3:00pm
  • 5 days over 7 (weekend availability required)
  • No late nights – ideal for work‑life balance.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar kitchen role
  • A genuine passion for food and professional kitchens
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene
