Webstore Duty Manager – Dundalk, Louth

Our client, a leading international retailer within the toy and entertainment sector is seeking a Webstore Duty Manager to support the day-to-day running of its high-volume e-commerce fulfilment warehouse in Dundalk.

With a strong presence across Europe and the UK, this business combines a dynamic online platform with an extensive store network, delivering an exceptional customer experience both digitally and in-store.

The Role

This position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth, efficient, and customer-focused operation of the webstore fulfilment function. You will support the Webstore General Manager in driving performance, leading teams, and continuously improving processes. This job is suited to a Retail Manager or Warehouse Manager coming from a fast-paced retail environment in FMCG or Non-Food retail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the Webstore General Manager
  • Drive operational efficiency across the webstore, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Supervise, organise, and support team members to meet operational targets
  • Oversee daily operations, including inventory control and logistics
  • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, taking action where required
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across processes
  • Lead, train, and develop team members to achieve both short and long-term goals
  • Foster a positive, professional, and inclusive working environment
  • Ensure adherence to all operational policies and procedures
  • Maintain a safe and compliant workplace in line with legal requirements

About You

  • Proven experience in a Retail Duty Manager or similar leadership role (e-commerce or warehouse experience is advantageous but not essential)
  • Strong operational, organisational, and leadership skills
  • Commercially aware, target-driven, and customer-focused
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Self-motivated with a proactive, can-do approach
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office
  • Experience with WMS or SAP systems is beneficial
